Shipping Terms and Conditions

1. Delivery Timeframe:
 

Delivery Schedule

• Central and North Areas: Deliveries are made between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM.
• South Areas: Deliveries are made throughout the day.
• Orders may also be  dispatched through MaltaPost Courier.  Delivery is typically completed within two (2) business days from dispatch.

2. Delivery Process by Maltapost

• The courier will attempt delivery at the shipping address provided during checkout.
• If no one is available to receive the package, the courier will leave a notification slip. The package can then be collected from the nearest MaltaPost office.
• The courier will not call ahead to check if someone is available at the delivery address.

3. Address Accuracy:
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delayed or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address details.

4. Undeliverable Packages:
If a package is not collected within the specified time frame set by MaltaPost, it will be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.

5. Shipping Fees:

•  shipping will be free for orders over €30.
• For orders under €30, a shipping fee of €6 will apply.
• Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight and destination and will be displayed at checkout.

6. Damaged or Missing Items:

• Customers must inspect packages upon receipt.
• Any damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

7. International Shipping:
For international orders, delivery times and conditions may vary. Customs fees, duties, or taxes, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Force Majeure:
We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or transportation disruptions.

9. Amendments:
We reserve the right to amend these shipping terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
